Guidelines for cooking
Pre heat oven first to 220c fan oven gas mark 5/6.
Rub a little salt over the rind and leave out of the fridge 15 minutes before cooking
Cook at 220c for 15-20 minutes then;
180c fan oven 30 minutes per 450g.
190c conventional oven 30 minutes per 450g.
Gas mark 4/5 30 minutes per 450g.
