Guidelines for cooking

Always pre heat oven first.

Sear the Lamb Shanks first to seal and colour.Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Add a little water to roasting pan and place the shanks in the dish, cover with lid or foil.

cook for;

180c fan oven 1hour.

190c conventional oven 1hour.

Gas mark 4/5 for 1hour.

Remove the lid or foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
