We currently deliver to CM1 and CM2 postcodes only. Click and collect service is available for customers outside of the delivery area and you will be directed to this option at point of check out depending on your registered address.*
For orders recived before 1pm we offer next working day delivery at a time that suits you. **
Minimum order for delivery is Â£25 and free delivery is offered for orders of Â£50 and over. (Â£5 delivery charge for orders under Â£50.)
Your order will be delivered to your door in a temperature controlled vehicle and the driver will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
Please ensure that someone is at home during your selected delivery time. Our drivers will not leave your order unless someone is home to check and receive the delivery. With your prior authorisation we can leave your order with a neighbour.
If for any reason your plans donât work out and you or your neighbour cant take recipt of the delivery then your order will be returned to the store where you can collect it or arrange a new delivery slot (delivery fee may apply). If you fail to collect or rearrange delivery within two days we will freeze your order and store it for another seven days.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
To get started you just need to register with Our Local Butcher by following the register new user option or sign in to your existing account using the user name and password you have registered.
Once you have set up an account or signed in to an existing account you will be able to add items to your basket and procceed to the check out. The address you enter at point of registration will be the delivery address for all orders placed on the account. If you live outside of the delivery area you will be directed to the click and collect option at the point of check out and no delivery slots will be highlighted.
Our drivers do not handle cash, we will take payment at the point of sale via the check out page. For security reasons we do not store customers bank details and payment details will need to be entered with each purchase.
Your order will be dispatched with a full duplicate invoice with all of the weight, items, descriptions and pricing. As part of our due diligence we will put the temperature of the cargo area in the vehicle.
Should a product be unavailable or at reduced quantities we will contact you and offer either a substitute line or an alternative delivery date .
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns must be handed back to the driver at the time of delivery. You will receive a full refund or credit onto your account for these items
AMENDING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You can cancel, amend and change the delivery day of your order up to 9am on the day of delivery. You must email (email@example.com) to do so.
*Your registered address when you sign up will be recordeded as your delivery address

Returns must be handed back to the driver at the time of delivery. If we cannot replace an item(s) by the next working day you will receive a full refund or credit onto your account for the item(s).
For purchases made in store please return the item to the place of purchase (with the original packaging) for a full refund or an exchange.

The following outlines the how you can make a payment through the WorldPay Payment Service and how we deal with the transaction.
How does the WorldPay Payment Service work?
A shopper visits an e-commerce website and selects the items that they would like to buy.
The shopper then proceeds to the merchant's checkout with their shopping basket. This generates a summary description of the purchase that is sent to WorldPay for payment processing. This submission is often referred to as the "purchase token".
The shopper is redirected to WorldPay's secure server where they are presented with a series of payment pages, enabling them to choose their payment method and enter their payment details.
WorldPay records the shopper's payment details against the details submitted in the purchase token to produce a transaction.
